Currently Royal Mail are overwhelmed by unprecedented volumes of parcels coupled with staff shortages due to COVID-19. This is severely impacting delivery times across all Royal Mail services.
Royal Mail tracking services are also not being updated as usual so we are unable to provide updates on individual orders at this time.
Due to this situation we will not ship any new orders until 28th December, at which time, normal service should be restored.
We understand that at this time of year it is important to our customers to receive their orders on time. Unfortunately as we have not been provided with any detailed update from Royal Mail we cannot guarantee that all shipped orders will now arrive in time for Christmas. We expect the majority will still arrive before the 25th December however.
Orders are being delivered every day and we ask for your patience during this time.
Our Customer Service team will be on annual holiday from 18th December and returning on the 28th December. If you have any query regarding your order you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will answer all enquiries on our return from the 28th December.
