No Risk, First Pair Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We are so confident you'll love your KULA Underwear that we offer a First Pair Guarantee which means you can try on one pair of underwear and should you need a different size or not be totally satisfied we will refund or exchange the first pair no questions asked. You do not need to return the first pair you have tried on, that is yours to keep no matter what. So in essence you can try one pair at no risk. The guarantee applies to one item of underwear only not one item of each style

PLEASE NOTE. ORDERS PLACED DURING THE END OF SEASON SALE CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR REMAINING STOCK WITHIN THE END OF SEASON SALE.

 

 If you purchase multiple pairs, please just open and try 1 pair ONLY before opening the remaining pairs. The first pair guarantee applies to one single item only. It does not apply to one item per style

We will not accept returns of opened underwear items outside of the first pair guarantee. For hygiene reasons we cannot restock and resell underwear that has been opened even if the item has not been tried on 


The First Pair Guarantee only applies to the first pair you try on. If you find the first pair doesn't fit, or you'd like to try another style, please contact us
 info@kulaunderwear.com and we will provide you the address to send the unopened items back to us so we can send you out replacements.

PLEASE NOTE - The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to t-shirt purchase. Standard clothing returns apply to our t-shirt product. The T-Shirt can be tried on and still returned to us within 30 days for return or exchange.

Applies to first underwear order with KULA only
Please note the ‘first pair guarantee’ only applies to your first order with KULA. Any subsequent orders with KULA of any underwear style will not be covered by the first pair guarantee. After the first order we will only accept returns of unopened items, we will not refund items from subsequent orders that have been opened or tried on.

Please note items purchased in the clearance sale can only be exchanged for other stock within the clearance sale.

Returns postage will be paid by the customer.

3 month replacement period

We will replace any underwear with defects within the first 3 months of purchase. We are unable to offer a longer term guarantee on our product due to the variation of usage, wash care and wear and tear between each person. We cannot replace items after the 3 month period.
