KULA Men's Underwear are only shipped within the UK .

    • Christmas returns policy now applies - any orders placed up until December 24th 2022 are covered by extended returns period. All customers ordering before December 24th will have until January 14th to return or exchange goods.

    Due to the slowdown in delivery service with Royal Mail we are bringing forward our final date for Christmas delivery to Sunday 11th December. Please note we cannot guarantee order placed after Sunday the 11th December will be delivered in time for Christmas.

We are sure that you will love your new Kula Men's Underwear however, if you are not completely satisfied KULA shall provide a full refund on your first order if notified by you within 14 days of receiving your order. Note. Notification period is extended over Christmas period. No questions asked. This offer applies to 1 pair of underwear only. Please try on one pair only.

 Ordered multiple items in your first order?

No problem as long as you try on just one pair. That first one is yours to try, wear and to see if it's right for you and then keep it regardless. We'll grant a refund or exchange for your first single pair (1) without needing to send it back. The remaining items in your order should be returned to us. As long as they are unopened in their original packaging you will receive a full refund or replacement as necessary.

The customer will cover the postage cost of returned items. We do not currently offer free returns.

Subsequent Orders

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear for exchange or refund if already worn. Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the product if the items are unopened in their original packaging.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time frame of 14 days of receiving the products. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement or return an item, email us your Order Number and the reason for replacement or return to Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation.
