We are sure that you will love your new KULA Men's Underwear however, if you are not completely satisfied KULA shall provide a full refund on your first order if notified by you within 14 days of receiving your order. This offer applies to 1 pair of underwear only. Please try on one pair only. Any remaining underwear items to be returned must be unopened.
Applies to first order of underwear with KULA only Please note the ‘first pair guarantee’ only applies to your first order with KULA. Any subsequent orders with KULA of any underwear style will not be covered by the first pair guarantee. After the first order we will only accept returns of unopened items, we will not refund items from subsequent orders that have been tried on.
Ordered multiple items in your first order?
No problem as long as you try on just one pair. That first one is yours to try, wear and to see if it's right for you and then keep it regardless. We will grant a refund or exchange for your first single pair (1) without needing to send it back. The remaining items in your order should be returned to us. As long as they are unopened in their original packaging you will receive a full refund or replacement as necessary.
The customer will cover the postage cost of returned items. We do not currently offer free returns.

Subsequent Orders
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear for exchange or refund if the individual items have been opened. Only individually sealed items can be returned. Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the product if the items are unopened in their original packaging.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time frame of 14 days of receiving the products. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement or return an item, email us your Order Number and the reason for replacement or return to info@kulaunderwear.com. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation.
3 month replacement period
We will replace any underwear with defects within the first 3 months of purchase. We are unable to offer a longer term guarantee on our product due to the variation of usage, wash care and wear and tear between each person. We cannot replace items after the 3 month period.
Nice easy no hassle purchase and the first pair swap policy was a bonus didn’t have to use it but good to know it’s there, boxers are a good fit really comfortable being my first pair of longer shorts it felt strange when not wearing them so next order is in,,
I had some bamboo boxers before. They no longer are in business, so I needed a great replacement. A replacement that were comfortable with a quality material that fit like a glove, were warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Most importantly, that they were “LONG” as I have thick muscly thighs and these do not “CHAIFE” !! Fantastic!! Thank you… I’m might order some more !
They are the best I have ever purchased, fits great, waist band does not turn over as stated, have purchased additional items since first purchased and they do feel like a second skin, they are great.
These are the most comfortable and well fitting men’s underwear I’ve ever found for my son. It is important to find durable, soft, lightweight underwear when you are buying for someone with a learning disability as fit and comfort are really important. The longer ones are ideal for winter especially when working outside. Hands down Kula beats any other brand I’ve bought and now my son has a drawer full of Kula undies!
Advertising praises are often pretty hokey - I know because I used to write a few. But the pants I bought are the real thing; if I didn't know I was wearing them, I would be worried!
I was sceptical at first but my worries about the quality and yes the wonderful way to describe my second skin!
All descriptions of this product is true so much so I reordered the 9 inch boxer.
