We are so confident you'll love your KULA Underwear that we offer a First Pair Guarantee which means you can try on one pair of underwear and should you need a different size or not be totally satisfied we will refund or exchange the first pair no questions asked. You do not need to return the first pair you have tried on, that is yours to keep no matter what. So in essence you can try one pair at no risk. The guarantee applies to one item of underwear only not one item of each style. If you have purchased multiple items no problem, simply try on one pair only and should you require an exchange we will exchange all items as long as the remaining items purchased remain unopened and sealed in their individual packaging when returned to us.
